Inspiration from Danish ASP schools 2016
35 UNESCO schools in Denmark have agreed to support UNESCO’s values in their teaching curriculum and teach their students about Education for Sustainable Development.
Denmark has a long tradition of UNESCO schools and have worked with several flagship projects launched by UNESCO networks with focus on the Transatlantic Slave Trade, the Baltic Sea Project and World Heritage Education.
In each network, the schools collaborate with partner schools all over the world. This overview shows a few examples of some of the inspirational activities in which the Danish schools are involved.
